Yes! We are committed to exceptional service. We have professional on-site maintenance during normal business hours & after hours emergency services.

We are here to help! Maintenance requests can be made by contacting the office via phone or email, through the resident portal on our website, or through our mobile app.


Our resort style pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day from 10 am to 10 pm.

Yes, parking is available on-site for our visitors and residents. Underground garage stalls are available for $100 per month (not reserved), surface spots (outside) are available for $25 per month.

We are proud to call The Westlyn pet friendly! Costs include a $500 one time fee and $50 per month, per pet.

We do not have furnished apartments at The Westlyn but would be more than happy to help you find accommodations.

Yes! We offer 6 to 15 month leases for new leases. Once your initial lease comes up for renewal, we offer 1 to 15 month leases.

The Westlyn encourages active lifestyles. Our gym includes Techogym equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, a total workout machine, and weights.


We accept both! In order to best accommodate and prepare for your personalized tour, an appointment is recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome.

You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit an application in person.

We strive to process all applications in a timely manner. To help us be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. Our team works to process all applications within 48 hours.

We accept personal checks, ACH, certified checks or credit cards (additional fees may apply).

$300,000 liability coverage is required. We offer a liability program through Renter's Legal Liability, LLC for $12 per month.

Please contact Xcel Energy to arrange for service to be set in your name. All other utilites are billed and paid through The Westlyn.

All our homes include Xfinity service including internet, cable and HBO.


The Westlyn is located in West St Paul, Minnesota right off U.S. Route 52! Our community offers easy access to shopping, dining and outdoor adventures.

The Westlyn is just minutes from shopping, dining, grocery stores, parks, fitness gyms and entertainment. Some local favorites are Walmart, Target, Menards and a variety of golf courses!


To uphold Fair Housing policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, background check, residential verification, and employment verification. Combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 3x total rent.

Yes! We allow guarantors for guests needing assistance with income qualification only. The guarantor must show their income totals no less than 5x the monthly rental rate (gross). Primary applicant must pass credit screening and be conditional approved. Application fees apply.

We make touring easy with our online tour scheduler, offering in-person, virtual and self-guided tours. Please be prepared to show a government issued photo ID to tour our community.
